There are some lesser-known bands on this CD, which is refreshing. But of course, the stars of the show are Grimethorpe.
I really enjoyed the CD, but knocked one point off (4 out of 5 stars) because one or two of the arrangements are not to my taste (ragged descants so loud that you cannot hear the main tune, sorry Newbridge.
Grimethorpe's MacArthur Park is awesome!

I love Brass Band music and so rarely find new CDs. This one is fantastic with not a bad track on it.
